To do a full depth reclamation of Ames St. some work falls within the 100 ft. buffer zone to the adjacent wetland.

7:10            Notice of Intent
150 Cedar Hill St. – Ken’s Foods, Inc.
To construct and install a filtration tank for waste water treatment, utilities and associated grading within the 100 foot buffer zone and the river front area at 150 Cedar Hill St. at their existing treatment plant locations.

7:20            Notice of Intent (Continuation of Public Hearing)
84 and 158 Waterford Dr. (off Robin Hill St.) – Sepracor, Inc.
To construct a pedestrian bridge between two buildings above a wetland area.

Hayes Memorial Dr. – First Student, Inc.
Proposes to construct a 20,000 sq. ft. structure with parking for 100 buses and 60 cars with associated drainage and utilities at Hayes Memorial Dr. (west side) near wetlands

To redevelop the existing dining and retail facility and construct new commercial automotive/warehouse facility including building reconstruction, parking lots, driveway, utilities and drainage near a stream and wetland system.

7:50    Order of Conditions DEP 212-964 – Berlin Farms Estates (between 226 and 238 Berlin Rd.) – Continuation of               Public Hearing – Proposal is to modify the original design of the detention basin.

8:00    Notice of Intent (Continuation of Public Hearing)
        246 Maple St. – Blue Fin Properties, Inc.Proposes to construct a gravel emergency access road between Framingham Road and the parking lot at 246 Maple St.  Work is proposed near wetlands.
